At the Music Centre box office, you can pay your tickets using a debit card, Visa Electron, or the most common international credit cards. Finnish culture vouchers are also accepted (Smartum, Superseteli, Tyky-Kuntoseteli, Virikeseteli, and Kulttuuripassi), if the event organizer approves them as methods of payment.
We regret that paid tickets cannot be refunded, redeemed, or exchanged for money.

Customers in wheelchairs may be eligible to a free companion ticket if they require a carer to accompany them. Please refer to the event organizer for their free ticket policy.

Both the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra and the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra sell season tickets for their autumn and spring seasons. HPO tickets for the 2012 spring season will be available at Lippupiste starting on 23 November 2011 and RSO tickets for the 2012 spring season at Lippupiste starting on 1 December 2011.
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a specific Helsinki Music Centre season ticket or gift voucher that would entitle you to attend any event at the Helsinki Music Centre. However, Lippupiste and Lippupalvelu gift vouchers are available at the Music Centre box office/service desk.
