Musiikkitalo has no thresholds and provides visitor lifts. The tactile signs help blind or partially sighted visitors move around the building.

Accessible toilet facilities can be found on all of the Musiikkitalo’s floors.

Accessible parking spots are located on the Q-Park Finlandia parking hall’s lowest level, which leads to the Centre’s Main Lobby via a lift.

Accessible traffic: Accessible taxis can pick up and drop off customers at Helsinki Music Centre’s Kansalaistori entrance.





All of the Musiikkitalo’s floors have lift access.

All of Musiikkitalo’s halls, except the Concert Hall, have induction loops.
A replacement amplifier is used in the Concert Hall. The amplifier covers the entire Concert Hall.

Guide dogs



Guide and assistance dogs are welcome in Musiikkitalo.
In the Main Lobby, there is also a space for guide dogs whose owners are attending a concert.




Please consider asthmatics and fragrance-sensitive visitors when applying fragrances.

There are women’s, men’s and accessible toilets on all floors, including adequate women’s facilities.




Baby-changing facilities are located in the accessible toilets. A pram can be taken into the facilities.

The Centre’s information desk is located in the Main Lobby, third floor, opposite the cloakroom.




The cloakroom is located in the Main Lobby. The Centre provides cloakroom service for a fee during concert evenings.
