Helsinki Music Centre ticket sales desk sells tickets to all events at the Music Centre. The Music Centre ticket sales desk houses the Ticketmaster ticket outlet. 

Tickets for all events at the Music Centre can also be purchased from other Ticketmaster outlets, Ticketmaster's telephone service and the Ticketmaster online store. For each event there is a ticket purchase link leading to the Ticketmaster online store in the Helsinki Music Centre’s events calendar.

Service fee

The Music Centre’s ticket sales desk does not charge a service fee for tickets that are sold for Music Centre events. Tickets sold for events that happen elsewhere, other than the Music Centre, are liable for a service charge:  €0.00–10.00 €1/ticket €10.01–20.00 €2,5/ticket €20.01–40.00 €3/ticket €40.01–50.00 €3,5/ticket over €50.01 €4/ticket

These service fee prices are applicable only to Helsinki Music Centre’s ticket sales. Other Ticketmaster outlets have different prices.

Helsinki Music Centre’s ticket sales accepts cash, debit cards, Visa Electron, and the following credit cards:

Cancellation terms

We regret that paid tickets cannot be refunded, redeemed, or exchanged for money. 

If the concert is cancelled due to force majeure, tickets will be refunded up to one month following the cancellation.Helsinki Music Centre, Ticketmaster, or the concert organiser are not responsible for other expenses. 

In cases of programme or soloist changes, ticket refunding is up to the concert organising party. The Helsinki Music Centre is not responsible for other expenses.

 

Q&A

Discount tickets

The online store offers the following discount tickets: pensioner, student, child, serviceman (military and/or non-military), and unemployed.

The Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra and Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki admit a free ticket for a carer accompanying a visitor with a physical or visual impairment.

Accessible seating tickets including a companion ticket can be booked from Ticketmaster’s telephone service, bought from Helsinki Music Centre's ticket sales, or from Ticketmaster outlets.

 

Lost tickets

Helsinki Music Centre, Ticketmaster, or the event organiser take no responsibility over tickets lost or left at home. You must have the ticket and discount entitling documents (for instance, a student card) with you when you enter.

 

Season Tickets/Gift Vouchers

Both the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra and the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra sell season tickets for their autumn and spring seasons. 

You can purchase special Musiikkitalo gift vouchers for any or all of our events. These vouchers are available and can be redeemed only at our ticket sales (no service fee will be added). Your gift voucher will be enclosed in a colourful Musiikkitalo envelope. 

You can also use other Ticketmaster gift vouchers to buy tickets to our events. Vouchers are available at the Musiikkitalo ticket sales, all Ticketmaster offices, and the Ticketmaster online store.
